He managed to handle everything thru my sister in London who does not know much about computer, installed everything properly, advised her how to pack the external hard drive and send it back to me. After I have received the package, he spent more than an hour to install the same on my laptop as well as guide me thru how to open the program on my computer. He has installed fantastic guide line with screen shots to make it very easy to open the program for anybody.
