Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy on refunds and cancellation varies from service to service. If you have any questions about our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Course Fee Refunds Policy
Since INTEGRA SERVICES UK LTD is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the services is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any services at our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the services we supply. Therefore, we DO honour requests for the refund on the following reasons:
1. Non-delivery of the services: due to cancellation of training or services you do not receive from us. INTEGRA SERVICES UK LTD reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of services. If a customer does decide to cancellation of services, INTEGRA SERVICES UK LTD will not issue refund in the event of a cancellation by customer.
Course Cancellation Policy
In any event Customer decides to cancel training course, they need to inform INTEGRA SERVICES UK LTD before 1 week of starting training course. If Customer cancels training course prior to 1week we will refund registration or course fee but there will be admin charges, which will be deduct from registration fee or course fee. Admin Charges will be £100.00 + VAT. If Customer attends training course and then after decide to cancel training due to any reason, we will not issue any refund and customer is liable to pay full amount of course fees. If customer failed to pay any outstanding fee/charges INTEGRA SERVICES UK LTD may pass customer details to debt collection agency and may take legal action against customer.
